Stencils & Signs at the Workplace Health & Safety Show Melbourne 2026

We're thrilled to share that Stencils & Signs was proud to exhibit at the Workplace Health & Safety Show Melbourne 2026 - one of Australia's premier events dedicated to workplace safety, compliance, and innovation. It was two incredible days of real conversations, product demonstrations, and genuine connections with safety professionals from across the country.

As a Melbourne-based manufacturer and supplier of safety signs, stencils, and line marking solutions, events like this are where we belong. Being in the same room as the people who rely on compliant signage every day - warehouse managers, facility teams, site supervisors, strata managers, and WHS professionals - is exactly why we do what we do.

WHS Expo 2026

Our Booth: Bringing Compliance to Life

Our stand at the WHS Show was designed to do one thing: show visitors exactly what great workplace signage looks like in practice. Rather than simply handing out brochures, we built a full working display - a wall of real products that visitors could see, touch, and compare side by side.

On display were some of our most in-demand product categories, including:

  • Forklift operating area and “Forklifts in Use” danger signs
  • Shared zone and speed limit signs (including the popular 10KM shared zone)
  • First Aid, Fire Extinguisher, and Emergency Assembly Point signs
  • Hi-Vis clothing mandatory signs and personal protective equipment (PPE) signage
  • Hazchem signs for flammable liquids and dangerous goods
  • Parking and traffic management signs
  • Custom stencils for floor marking and carpark applications
  • UV Instant Cure line marking solutions - zero downtime, solvent free

The response from visitors was fantastic. Seeing so many different sign types in one place - and being able to compare materials like poly, metal, and self-adhesive vinyl - made it easy for people to understand the difference quality and compliance-grade products make.

Conversations That Count

The best part of any expo isn't the booth - it's the conversations. Over the two days, our team spoke with hundreds of professionals across industries including construction, manufacturing, logistics, strata management, and facility services.

A recurring theme we heard from visitors was the challenge of keeping signage up to date with changing Australian standards - and the confusion around what's mandatory versus what's simply recommended. These are exactly the questions we love answering. Helping a site manager understand which signs are legally required under AS/NZS 1319, or walking a strata committee through their parking sign obligations, is where our expertise is most valuable.

We also had meaningful conversations with fellow exhibitors, including other suppliers, installers, and safety technology companies. The WHS ecosystem is a collaborative one, and it was great to connect with like-minded businesses who share our commitment to making Australian workplaces safer.

What the Industry Is Talking About

Exhibiting at an event like this gives you a genuine pulse check on where the industry is headed. A few themes stood out from our conversations this year:

Compliance is front of mind

WorkSafe audits increasingly common across Victorian workplaces, businesses are taking their signage obligations more seriously.

Quality over price

Visitors who had previously sourced signage from general print shops or online marketplaces were surprised by the difference in material quality, reflectivity, and compliance standards when comparing side by side at our stand.

Custom solutions are in demand

A significant number of enquiries were for custom signs and stencils - businesses with unique site layouts, specific hazard zones, or branded facility requirements that off-the-shelf products don't cover.

A Big Thank You to Everyone Who Stopped By

To every visitor who took the time to stop at our stand, ask questions, and share what's happening on their sites - thank you. These conversations are genuinely what drives us to keep improving our product range and service.

A special thank you to the team at the Workplace Health & Safety Show for putting together such a well-organised and well-attended event. The quality of exhibitors and the calibre of visitors made it one of the best industry gatherings we've been part of.
